The present report deals with the Crustaceans of the continental shelf and the continental slope from the deep water of East China Sea by Donghai Fisheries Research Institute during 1980-1982. They are found to belong to 2 subclass, 5 order, 32 families, 67 genera and 91 species. There are 4 new species and about 40 species which are newly recorded from China or the East China Sea. Most of them are deep sea species.
