This book is compiled from my own research results and other authors' related papers. It contains two main parts. In part I, it consists the species and dstribution, teminology of external morphology, economic imorptance and control methods of the sawflies. In part II, it includes the description, distribution, host plants (if any) and biology (if any) of each species of the sawflies. So far, 45 species of the Chinese pamphiliid sawflies are known. Of which 11 species belong to the genus Acantholya, 17 to Cephalicia, 1 to Pseudocephaleia, 7 to Onychoyda, 6 to Pamphilius.
