Some results were obtained. Present authors define the Tertiary volcanic rocks on Filds Peninsula as Filds Cycle and established volcanic stratigraphy; reconstruct ancient volcanic apparatuses; discuss the temporal and spatial evolution of the volcanism in this area; made division of rock series; put forward two-stage genesis model of the high-alumina basalt on Filds Peninsula.
