The present volume deals with the subfamily Cicadellinae(Hemiptera: Cicadellidae) fauna of China. This is the fisrt and most complete monograph of Chinese Cicadellinae leafhoppers. In the taxonomic section, 26 genera and 315 species of Cicadellinae from China are described. Among them 71 species are new to science, 3 species are reported as new records to China , 3 new combinations, 3 new generic synonyms and 21 specific synonyms are proposed from China.
