In 1929, the skull fossils of Beijing Men were found in Zhou Koudian, Beijing and they were disappeared during the War of Resistance Against Japan. Therefore , the comparatively intact skull, cheek and limb fossils of Tangshan ape-men discovered in Tangshan are especially precious. They are important material objects for researching the origin of the mankind, ancient geography and ancient environment, etc.
