The Chinese Control Conference (CCC) is an annual technical conference sponsored and organized by the Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation. The first conference was held in 1979, and this is the 25th session. The purpose of CCC is to provide a forum for both practitioners and theorists in the area of systems and control to report their latest research results, to exchange their ideas and experience, and to promote collaborative research activities.

The 25the CCC had been held in the northeast historical city – Harbin, August 7-11, 2006. This year, we have received a record high submission of 674 papers. After a rigorous review process by the Conference Program Committee, 455 papers are accepted and included in the Conference Proceedings.
