Radio frequencies are limited natural resources. In order to adequately, rationally and efficiently use the radio spectrum, to ensure the normal operation of all radio services and prevent the interference among radio services, radio stations and systems, this “Regulation on the Radio Frequency Allocations” is now issued on the basis of the “Radio Regulations of the People’s Republic of China” as a revision to the “Regulations on the Radio Frequency Allocations” promulgated by the former National Radio Regulatory Committee in 1982. While incorporating the present radiocommunication status quo of this country, this RRFA also took reference from the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union and the Final Acts of World Radio Conference 2000. This RRFA shall prevail if there is any discrepancy
