This yearbook is composed of seven parts: total output value of forestry industry, silviculture and afforestation, key forestry development projects, forest industry, employment investment of fixed assets, and forestry education. The appendices include major statistics of 135 forest industry enterprises and 20 major silviculture bureaus in 2000, major statistics of the National Natural Forest Protection program in 2000, and annual forestry statistics of the whole country since 1949, and import and export data of major forest products from 1993 to 1999
