Insect Geography of China,Insect biogeography is a fundamental subject about researching on the component of insect fauna, the rule of distribution a,,nd the geographical division, which is a cross subject between geography and Entomology, and also an important part of biogeography and zoogeography. It plays an important role in basic research and applied research, such as the assessment of the possible range of insect sporead and distribution, the risk evaluation of pests invasion, the establishment of regional management strategy for pests, and the screening and benefit evaluation of introduced species of beneficial insects.
