While studying the stratigrphy of the Taizeho Valey in 1950, Y. wang, Y. Lu, K.c. Yang, A.t. Mu, and the writer of our Institute and S.w.Tang, C.C. Kiang and C.L. Chow of the former Geological survey of Northeast China systematically collected a remarkable lot of fusulinids from 5 different localities in the district around Yentai of Liaoyang County, Penchi city , and Tenshihfu and Hsiaoshih of Penchi County. These fusulinids form the subject of the present account, which comprises 60 species and 17 varieties belonging to 17 genera of 5 subfamilies. Acomplete list of these forms is introduced in the next paragraph of this paper.
