This book deals with the systematic studies on the subfamily Braconinae tribe Braconini Stephens from China. It comprises two parts, namely General account and Systematic account.

In the general account, which is divided into seven chapters, the taxonomic history, current taxonomic notes, morphology, biology and ecology, phylogeny, prospect for application, and methods for the collection, identifying and preserving the speciments are reviewed.

In the systematic account, 29 genera and 100 species are recognized from China, including 2 new genera, 50 new species, 17 species and 7 genera are first recorded from Chinese mainland. Keys to genera and species are given. Under each genus, the genetic synonym, systematic history and present systematic status, phylogenic relationship; diagnostic characters, distribution and biology are reviewed and discussed. All the species tread are describes and illustrated fully except a few species which are not available.

Finally, a list of the known Chinese genera and species of the subfamily Braconnae tribe Braconini Stephens with their hosts and distribution is provided. This list includes 29 genera and 100 species from China. 245 SEM Photos and 208 Figures are also provided.
