Early Cretaceous Sporopollen Assemblage in Erlani Basin

Situated in the north-eastern inner mongoria autonomous district, Erlian basin has an area of about 9590KM2 , in which Bayiehua Formation of Early Cretaceous system was prominently developed. 482 sporopollen samples from 17 Drilling Hole sections and lo Outcrop sections have been analysised and studied since the beginning of oil census and exploration, among which 224 samples are rich-in fossils sporopollen, and as a result, about 96 genera. 137 species, 13 comparison species and 72 unnamed species are identified. Author is able to represent the fossils sporopollen from Bayiehua Formation at Lian-Shen-1 Well which are devicted into three assemblages.
