This volume comprises of 2 parts. Part 1 is a brief account on research history, general morphology, classificatory systems, faunistics and biology of Miridae-Mirinae. Part 2 is the systematic account of the Chinese Mirinae. Altogether 403 species belonging to 80 genera in 4 tribes are described and keyed, among which 1 new genus (Paracyphodema Lu et Zheng, gen. Nov) and 25 new species are described are proposed; 8 species are newly recorded in China , in this summary , key to Chinese taxa and descriptions of new species in English are provided. The items of new synonymies, new combinations and species newly recorded from China are listed also.
