Study on Jiangxi Poyang Lake National Nature Reserve

Jiangxi Poyang Lake National Nature Reserve is a famous wetland of international importance, and abundant in biodiversity. It is located at the northwest of the biggest fresh water lake in China-Poyang Lake, north of Jiangxi Province,middle-lower reaches of the Yangtze River, total area fo the reserve is 22400ha. More than 310 species of birds have been observed in the reserve, including 11 species of the first class state priority protected, and 44 species of the second-class state priority protected. Poyang Lake National Nature Reserve is famous for abundant in number of wintering waterfowl species and their large population.
