Gexikecai. Cizhimu (Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture，Gansu) complied the encyclopedia in Tibetan Nationality language from September 1991 to June 2006. It was published by Ethical Publishing Company in June 2006. had been inscribed into the Guinness World Records because of its longest length (1.85 million words) and its richest contents among those newly edited Tibetan encyclopedias. Ever since the publication, Mr. Khotse Tsulkhrim had presented this work to a number of renown universities, monasteries as well as research institutes home and abroad such as China National Library, the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Tashilhunpo Monastery, Kumbum Monastery, Qinghai Television Station, Hongkong University, the State Library of the US, Columbia University of the US, the University of Bonn in Germany, the State University of Mongolia, and Far-east State University of Russia.
